Job summary

DHL IT Services seeks an Application Support Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation Platform team in a hybrid work environment in India. You will help operate OnPrem, AI & SaaS services, ensure high availability, and support enterprise-grade automation across multiple regions.

You will monitor services, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product managers, developers, and IT peers. Documentation and governance knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day platform operations of OnPrem, AI & SaaS services with high availability and SLA adherence.
• Proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution of automation services.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers and regional support teams.
• Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for supported applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance standards and AI/ML ethics guidelines.
• Experience in integrating SAAS automation products with APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise automation platform operations and ensure service reliability.
• Monitor automated services and rapidly address incidents.
• Debug complex issues and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions and products.

We’re looking for passionate Software Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation Platform team. We offer exciting opportunities to work on impactful products that shape DHL’s digital future.

• Day-to-day platform operations of OnPrem, AI & SaaS services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.


• Ensuring reliable operation of automation services with proactive monitoring and issue resolution


• Troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to continuous improvement


• Working closely with product managers, developers, and support teams across regions


• Maintaining technical documentation and the knowledge of supported applications
