• Address customer queries and provide technical/clinical clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for feedback, issues and improvement.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) screening and diagnosis workflow
• Ability to perform and demonstrate live imaging procedures on neonatal patients
• Understanding of fundus imaging, image capture techniques, and quality optimization
