Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an Application Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in tendering, proposal preparation, BOQ creation and techno-commercial coordination for Defence, Oil & Gas, EPC and industrial projects.

The role includes handling RFQs, coordinating with suppliers and clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting execution teams for mechanical systems. It will also lead or support a small engineering team of 1–2 engineers.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Engineer with experience in tendering, proposal preparation, BOQ creation, and techno-commercial coordination for Defence, Oil & Gas, EPC, and industrial projects.

The role involves handling customer RFQs/tenders, coordinating with suppliers and clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting execution teams for custom engineered systems involving piping, pneumatic, gas handling, and mechanical systems. This role will also lead/support a small engineering team of 1–2 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Study customer RFQs, tender documents, specifications, and technical requirements
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and tender submissions
• Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for costing and technical inputs
• Interact with clients for technical clarifications and proposal discussions
• Prepare costing sheets, compliance statements, and proposal documentation
• Work closely with design, procurement, and project execution teams
• Support Defence, Oil & Gas, R&D, and turnkey engineering projects
• Handle multiple project proposals simultaneously within deadlines
• Guide/support junior engineers in proposal activities
