We are seeking highly skilled engineers to support, enhance, and architect applications deployed on containerized, cloud‑native platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in complex enterprise environments and enjoy working at both hands‑on and architectural levels. You will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and scaling backend services running on OpenShift‑based infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for containerized applications deployed on OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms
• Act as a solution architect for cloud‑native systems, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and technical roadmaps
• Build and optimize services using Java, with optional exposure to Golang for select components
• Work with Oracle databases to integrate, manage, and optimize data workflows
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards
• Participate in architectural discussions, system design decisions, and solution planning
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support overall engineering maturity
• Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and maintainability of distributed systems

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong hands‑on experience with OpenShift (OCP) or Kubernetes‑based platforms
• Proven expertise in Java backend development; Golang experience is an added advantage
• Solid understanding of containerization, Docker, and cloud‑native application design
