Job summary

Alpauls, authorized consultants to a global manufacturer of industrial spray nozzles and related systems, is seeking an Application Engineer in Bangalore. The role involves providing technical assistance to Sales Engineers and customers, conducting application study visits, and preparing costing for customized products.

You will coordinate with Customers, Sales, Production, Quality, and Design teams, handle enquiries and tenders, and conduct product training for Sales Engineers and customers.

Qualifications

• B.E. Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application engineering or technical sales support.
• Strong cost estimation and tendering capability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers and customers.
• Conduct application study visits and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare costing and estimates for customized products.
• Handle enquiries, tenders, techno-commercial offers, and e-bids.
• Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Production, Quality, and Design teams.
• Conduct product training for Sales Engineers and customers.
• Handle OEM, Government, and key customer accounts.
• Process orders, provide post-sales support, and resolve customer queries.
