• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, institutions, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and pre-sales consultations.
• Support customers with technical troubleshooting and application-related queries.
• Build and maintain a healthy project and sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
• Work closely with the Purchase, Accounts, Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth customer operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, billing, payment-related queries, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and customer updates within defined deadlines.

• Candidates should be comfortable with extensive field travel and daily customer meetings.
