Qualifications

• Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
