As a member of the HR organization, you will handle confidential and sensitive information, as well as demonstrate strong integrity and ethical behaviours. You will use your strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to bring about continuous improvement on a daily basis; put your exceptional customer service, communication, organisational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritise to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment.


Key job responsibilities


  • Utilise your deep diving skills and Amazon policy expertise to identify required documentation for appeal cases.

  • Assess documentation for accuracy and past precedent.

  • Identify any process defects and recommended remediation.

  • Review information which contributed to the disciplinary action impacting the employee. Use your investigative skills to determine if policy was applied properly and consistently based on evidence and employee/witness statements.


Basic Qualifications


  • 3+ years of HR/HR shared service centre experience

  • Experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or experience with Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote

  • Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure

  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity

  • Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities


Preferred Qualifications


  • 4+ years of HR/HR shared service centre experience

  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in Database like NoSQL and experience in Hive/Spark/Hbase/Yarn

  • Experience with HR processes and systems

  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

  • Experience working with speech and text language data in multiple languages
