Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy seeks a qualified operator to manage and monitor plant equipment in a Delhi-based chemical facility. The role requires adhering to SOPs and maintaining precise operation records, with emphasis on safety and environmental standards.

You will monitor key process parameters, assist in startups and shutdowns, and coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth, compliant plant operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, reactors, and pipelines.
• Ensure smooth operation of the chemical plant as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Monitor process parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, and level.
• Perform routine checks and maintain records of plant operations in log sheets.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunction or abnormal plant conditions.
• Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with plant safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for troubleshooting and repairs.
