Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Software Support Analyst for the Pune office to support multiple Wealth Management applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IT solutions and stay ahead of evolving technologies.

Responsibilities include partnering with 개발 teams, writing/adjusting scripts, and contributing to disaster recovery planning and testing. The role emphasizes mentoring peers and ensuring robust software systems integration.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience with Java 8/17, Oracle PL/SQL, Spring Boot, Spring Batch and Spring Cloud.
  • Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Unix, Azure, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Working with microservices and API; basic UI development understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with development, business support, end users and IT to support end-to-end solutions.
  • Use basic programming knowledge to write/modify scripts and programs.
  • Continuously seek better ways to solve technical problems and challenge status quo.
  • Mentor and coach team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Software Support Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with the development team, business support, end users, and other IT personnel to support and implement end to end solutions.
  • Use basic programming knowledge to create or modify scripts and programs.
  • Constantly looks for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution by not being afraid of challenging the status quo.
  • Mentor and coach others on the team.
  • Support existing software systems and platforms and hook in applications to applicable data sources.
  • Write both unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for daily tasks.
  • Create and maintain Disaster Recovery plans and participate in DR Testing.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to understand the application that is being transferred to support.
