Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Indirect Lending / Banking Operations team. The role involves supporting banking and lending operations, handling client interactions, resolving queries, and managing escalations while ensuring high-quality service and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banking operations and indirect lending processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure compliance with banking procedures.
• Identify issues, perform basic analysis, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Work effectively in a US-facing environment and communicate confidently with international clients.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of the Banking / Financial Services domain is preferred.
• Candidates with Auto Loan / Auto Finance / Lending Operations experience will be preferred.

Work Schedule
