Job summary

NLB Services in India is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to learn and perform end-to-end auto loan processing, including keying and funding, within US client engagements. The role requires understanding US client interactions and responding precisely, while ensuring adherence to internal SLAs, regulatory controls, risk management, and client-specific mandates.

Qualifications

• Good to understand auto loan processing workflows, including keying, funding, and client servicing.
• Proven ability to manage Backend Banking/Lending operations, handle escalations, and Keep a focus to improve.
• Hands on knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational reporting tools.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and align with international holiday schedules (no Indian holidays).
