Job summary

IKEA is seeking an Analyst for SAP Source-to-Pay and OpenText VIM to design, implement and optimize invoice management solutions in a global environment. The role targets professionals with deep SAP/VIM expertise and a track record of architectural work across S2P, R2R, and O2C interfaces.

You will lead configuration, integration, and support activities, collaborating with stakeholders and AMS partners, while aligning solutions with IKEA’s standards for security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in OpenText VIM
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP OpenText VIM workflows, document types and invoice processing
• Experience supporting or participating in SAP implementation and rollout projects
• Understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Experience working in support environments with incident, problem and change management practices
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and external partners

Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing and architecting solutions, and providing SAP VIM solution guidance. You will also analyze the current technology landscape to suggest improvements and anticipate future challenges. With a deep understanding of SAP and IKEA’s business processes, you will architect scalable, secure solutions while adhering to compliance and security principles.

Qualifications:

7 to 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in SAP OT VIM. Proven track record as an architect with strong results.

Good understanding of end-to-end S2P business process and also integration of S2P with R2R, O2C.

Strong vendor coordination and communication skills.

What you'll be doing day to day

Technical and Functional Competencies

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes and integrations.
• Experience with OpenText VIM, IES/BCC, Business Center and Archive Server concepts.
• Strong SAP Accounts Payable process knowledge.
• Understanding of IDocs, EDI message processing and error handling.
• Exposure to SAP PI/PO or integration technologies.
• Ability to perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities.
• Working knowledge of FI and MM integration with VIM.
