Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune is seeking an experienced claims processing professional to handle Life Insurance and Annuities claims for US clients. The role requires strong English communication and meticulous attention to accuracy while navigating standard operating procedures.

You will coordinate with onshore teams and clients to ensure timely processing, manage inventory within SLAs, and adapt to night shift requirements or office-based work as needed. Prior US/Canada process exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have Life Insurance/Annuities background, preferably death claims.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent English reading and writing skills
• Proficient in SOP navigation and production reports
• Willing to work night shifts
• Open to work from office if required
• Experience with US/Canada processes preferred

• Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Proficient in SOP navigation/maintain production reports.
• Working in US/Canada processes would be preferred.
