Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Life Insurance claims professional to join our US/Canada processing team in the Delhi area. The role handles Life Insurance and Annuities Death Claims and coordinates with onshore clients to ensure timely processing.

You will work night shifts if needed, maintain production reports, and navigate SOPs with accuracy to meet SLAs. Minimum 4+ years in Life Insurance/Annuities required, with strong English reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Life Insurance/Annuities experience.
• Must have Life Insurance/Annuities background, preferably death claims.
• Good English reading/writing skills.
• Proficient in SOP navigation and maintaining production reports.

• Working in US/Canada processes would be preferred.
• Open to work in Night Shifts
• Open to work from office if required.
