Job summary

Xceedance is seeking a Duck Creek Claims Business Analyst to join our India delivery teams across Noida, Gurgaon, Pune or Bangalore. You will work with international clients and multi-vendor teams to analyze, document and track insurance claims processes and integrations.

The role requires 4+ years in BA within IT and 4+ years in the insurance value chain, plus strong documentation and communication skills. Eligible candidates will be on-site in major Indian metro locations with global exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services.
• 4+ years in Insurance domain with full value chain knowledge.
• Experience handling international clients and multi-vendor delivery.
• Strong documentation of feature understanding, RTM, FSD, and change logs.
• Analytical, problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.

• Assist BAs and Testing in creating functional/regression test suites for client requirements verification.
• Demonstrate outstanding time management, communication, leadership and planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure fluent written and spoken English communication.

Position Title: Duck Creek Claims Business Analyst

Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore

Key Requirement for the Position

• At least 4+ years of work experience in Business Analyst role in any reputed Information Technology company.
• 4+ years of experience in Insurance domain. Knowledge about complete Insurance value chain i.e. Submission, Quotes, Policy Bound, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing and Reinsurance.
• Prior working experience in managing international clients, P&C lines insurance domain, multi-vendor involvement in solution delivery.
• Strong documentation skills on feature understanding, tracking of items, maintaining RTM, FSD, Change requests documents, back log/ query log and Share-point folder maintenance for all updates.
• Ability in analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking.

Job Description
