Job summary

OnGrid, a leading digital trust platform, is seeking an enthusiastic operations associate to support client interfaces and internal teams from Sector 44, Gurgaon.

The role requires clear communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; freshers are welcome, with occasional Saturday work.

Responsibilities

• Client Interface: Communicate directly with clients to address day-to-day queries and maintain clear, professional communication.
• Operations Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with internal operations teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables remain on track.
• Quality & Escalations: Conduct QC checks in collaboration with the audit team and proactively resolve real-time client escalations.
• Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Work Details

• Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon
• Additional: Some Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay.
