Job summary

SIG Group in Palghar is seeking an Analyst-HR Operations and Services to provide centralized HR services, support recruitment, attendance, payroll, and administrative tasks across plants.

You will maintain training records, manage audits, vendor coordination, and employee engagement activities while working in-office with flexible hours; familiarity with audits and MS Office is recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as HR Generalist in small/mid-size manufacturing.
• Resident near Palghar.
• Must have worked in HR-Generalist role.
• Office-based, not hybrid; flexible working hours.
