Job summary

SIG Group in India seeks a seasoned Quality Controller with strong in-process QC experience in plastics. You will perform QC testing on packaging instruments, monitor Blown Film Line quality, and maintain records across incoming, in-process, and finished goods.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or ITI in Plastic fields, has 7+ years in plastics, can work in 3 rotating shifts, and is preferably from Palghar district. SIG offers competitive pay and partial work-from-home options.

• Minimum 7+ years in the plastic industry, preferably blown film extrusion.
• Must have quality control skills.
• Willing to work in 3 rotating shifts.
• Candidate from Palghar district preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience on packaging QC testing instruments.
• In-process product quality control.
• Blown Film Line (BFL) in-process QC.
• Slitting process quality control.
• BIB (Bag-in-Box) bags & Pouches in-process QC.
• Injection molded components in-process QC.
• Maintain systematic records for QC across incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
• Must have knowledge of QMS, FSSC/BRCGS/product standards.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

• Diploma in any stream OR ITI in Plastic Polymer/Plastic/PPO
• Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Plastic industry. (Major from blown film extrusion will be preferred)
• Must have Quality Control skills. (NO QA role).
• Must be able to work in 3 rotating shifts.
• Candidate from Palghar District will be preferred first.
