Job summary

UPL is seeking a Global Logistics Analyst to optimize international transportation, warehousing, customs compliance, and distribution activities for timely, cost-efficient movement of goods across global markets.

You will collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to support business operations and customer requirements, ensuring accurate customs processing and smooth clearance across regions. Prior experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in international logistics and export operations.
• Strong expertise in pre-shipment documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bills, and Letter of Credit.
• Experience in post-shipment documentation including Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Bank Negotiation Documents, Export Documentation, and customs paperwork.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs compliance, and freight forwarding processes.
• Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
