Qualifications

• Confirms all cash payments, cash receipts and outstanding balances for accurate records.
• Enforces timely processing and payment of invoices and correct statements.
• Conducts payment processes and ensures timely postings.
• Performs monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes.
• Sends follow-up inquiries, negotiates on past due invoices, ensures policy compliance.
• Works on Airplus journal postings.
• Provides assistance to extended team to ensure timely project completion.

• Enforces timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices to confirm that statements are correctly recorded.
• Conducts payment processes and ensures postings are done in right and timely manner.
• Performs monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
• Sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due invoices, ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Works on Airplus journal postings
• Provides assistance to extended team to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.
