Job summary

VLink Inc in Mumbai is hiring for a Digital Transformation – Manufacturing Applications specialist. You will drive project coordination across Manufacturing, Quality and R&D, gathering business requirements and guiding application enhancements and implementations at multiple sites.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, process mapping, and analytical skills, with exposure to PLM, MES, LIMS, QMS, IoT or Industry 4.0 initiatives, to improve automation, throughput and manufacturing

Qualifications

• MBA (Operations/Systems) or related master's degree.
• Experience supporting digital transformation in Manufacturing, Quality, or R&D.
• Experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements.
• Exposure to PLM, MES, LIMS, QMS, IoT, or Industry 4.0 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage application projects from requirements through implementation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, plant IT teams, and vendors.
• Prepare BRDs, process maps, test cases, UAT docs, and status reports.
• Track timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support system integrations, testing, user training, and post go-live support.

Education: MBA (Operations/Systems) or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.

We are looking for a skilled professional to support digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D functions. The ideal candidate will drive project coordination, business requirement gathering, application enhancements, and implementation activities across manufacturing sites.

• Manage application projects from requirement gathering through implementation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, plant teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare BRDs, process maps, test cases, UAT documentation, and project status reports.
• Track project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Support system integrations, testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or Plant Operations projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to PLM, MES, LIMS, QMS, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
