Job summary

Altraize is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support manufacturing operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as OEE, production efficiency, machine utilization, downtime analysis, scrap/rejection rates, yield and throughput.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to solve operational challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis for production losses and quality issues.
• Create automated reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across manufacturing systems.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Required Qualifications
