Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru seeks a senior Business Analyst with 8-12 years in manufacturing to lead Design Thinking workshops, analyze operations, and translate requirements into UML models and clear specs.

You will develop dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau, collaborate with executives, mentor junior analysts, and stay ahead of IIoT and AI trends to drive value across MES, ERP, SCADA environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on manufacturing.
• Experience in leading Design Thinking and ideation workshops.
• Proficient with M365 for enterprise collaboration and productivity.
• Strong data visualization and reporting with PowerBI and Tableau.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and UML models.
• Deep understanding of MES, ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), SCADA/PLC/DCS.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
