Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring an Analog Layout Engineer for a 12-month contract in Hyderabad. The role requires 6-9 years of hands-on experience in analog layout, with emphasis on custom block layouts for PLL, Bandgap, ADC and DAC, using Virtuoso and Calibre.

Candidates should be proficient in DRC/LVS and capable of delivering full-custom layout in deep sub-nano nodes like 3nm and 2nm. This is an urgent hiring for a leading semiconductor client.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of analog layout experience in the semiconductor domain.
• Experience in custom block layout for PLL, Bandgap, ADC, DAC is required.
• Familiarity with deep sub-nano nodes such as 3nm, 2nm and below.

Responsibilities

• Perform analog layout for PLL, Bandgap, ADC, DAC blocks as part of the design flow.
• Use Virtuoso and Calibre tools, ensure DRC/LVS sign-off.
• Work on full custom layout in deep sub-nano technologies.
