Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems is seeking an Analog Mixed Signal Layout Engineer in Hyderabad for onsite work. You will develop custom layouts for high‑speed analog/digital blocks, resolve layout issues, and own macro blocks through verification and release cycles.

The role requires 7–9 years of hands-on experience with Cadence tools and advanced nodes (TSMC 3nm and below). Strong debugging, ownership, and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of hands-on experience in independence block/module layouts with Cadence Layout design tools, experience in node down to 3nm is a must.
• Well versed with layout design and verification tools such as Cadence Virtuoso EXL/GXL, Calibre, etc.
• Experience creating custom layouts for high-speed analog/digital blocks and related blocks (Ring Oscillators, Dividers, Bias blocks, pre-drivers) in advanced nodes (TSMC 3nm and below).

Responsibilities

• Create and verify custom layouts for high-speed analog/digital blocks.
• Debug and resolve layout fixes across verification flows.
• Own blocks and macros, and deliver on project milestones.
• Run release flows and ensure on-time closure; raise issues early.

Responsible for running release flows and take to closure on time, adhering the milestones, raise concerns well in advance for any foreseen issues

Communicate with the team on block level specs, to better integrate the top modules

Job Deliverables:

Completed layout designs, with desired quality, with all specified verification flows clean
Create and check all relevant layout design views using sign-off tools and flows
Documentation as per requirement.

Desired Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E./MS /M.E. /M tech in Electrical Engineering

Desired Experience:
