Job summary

Chakr Innovation in Gurugram seeks an energetic sales professional to drive AMC sales, renewals, spare-parts sales, and chargeable service revenue. The role focuses on identifying opportunities before warranty expiry and converting warranty customers to AMC through regular follow-up.

You will generate leads during/after service visits, prepare quotations, and coordinate with service engineers to deliver quotations and close orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities before warranty expiry.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through AMC sales, AMC renewals, spare-parts sales, and chargeable service.
• Identify AMC opportunities from existing customers, especially before warranty expiry.
• Convert warranty customers into AMC customers through regular follow-up.
• Generate leads for spare parts and paid service requirements during/after service visits.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and develop new customer relationships; maintain customer visits in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Service Engineers and the Service Team for technical requirements and quotations.
• Maintain AMC, warranty, service, and customer records in Salesforce
• Achieve monthly/annual service revenue and AMC sales targets.
• Follow up for service orders, AMC renewals, and payments/collections.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue from the company's RECD installed base.
• Prepare regular reports on AMC pipeline, spare sales, service sales, and revenue achievement.
