Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a customer-focused executive to manage after-sales service, AMC and spares sales, service coordination, and technical support.

You will handle service calls, warranty issues, and lead generation for AMC/spares, coordinating with installation partners, providing product training, and maintaining records in CRM, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or related fields.
• Strong exposure to AMC Sales, Spares Sales, and Customer Handling preferred.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, site handling, service processes, and RCA.
• Good communication, negotiation, and techno-commercial skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM, SAP, and MS Office is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service/project status and provide timely updates.
• Support customer meetings and techno-commercial discussions.
• Maintain service records using CRM, SAP, and MS Office.
• Identify service issues and support process improvements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.
