Job summary

Radiance Lpg Petrochem is seeking a field-focused role to manage AMC contracts for LPG installations and equipment. You will regularly visit customer sites for inspections and preventive maintenance, coordinating servicing and timely resolution of issues with technicians and vendors.

You will maintain AMC schedules, prepare renewal proposals, and follow up on outstanding payments while building strong relationships with existing AMC customers and identifying opportunities for new service

Responsibilities

• Handle AMC contracts for LPG installations, equipment, and systems at customer sites.
• Conduct regular customer/site visits for inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate servicing, breakdown maintenance, and timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Check LPG equipment and identify maintenance requirements or potential issues.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and operations teams for service activities.
• Maintain AMC schedules, service reports, inspection records, and customer documentation.
• Prepare service quotations and AMC renewal proposals.
• Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and outstanding payments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing AMC customers.
• Identify opportunities for new AMC contracts and additional service business.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance as per company/client requirements.
• Submit regular service and AMC reports to management.
