Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect developer with 5-9 years of hands-on AWS Connect and AWS ecosystem experience. You will design IVR flows, contact centers, and integrate with CRMs via REST APIs and CTI.

The role requires strong knowledge of Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and IAM, with exposure to Lex and CCP customization as nice-to-have. Python scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in Amazon Connect development and AWS ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, IVR and contact flow design.
• Experience configuring queues and routing profiles to optimize call flow.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and CTI integrations with CRM tools.
• Basic Python scripting skills; CloudFormation or Terraform is a plus.
