Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced AWS Connect Developer to design, develop, implement and support Amazon Connect solutions that meet business and customer needs.

You will configure call routing, IVR flows, queues, perform CRM integrations, and leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch and IAM to deliver reliable, scalable contact center experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in contact center technologies or customer service platforms.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Good understanding of call routing, IVR, queues, and omnichannel interactions (voice, chat, email, SMS).
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and other enterprise applications.
• AWS Connect and/or AWS Cloud certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for voice and digital customer interactions.
• Configure and optimize call routing, IVR workflows, queues, and contact flows.
• Support omnichannel customer interactions including voice, chat, email, and SMS.
• Develop integrations between Amazon Connect, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Build and support solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, QA teams, and operations teams.
• Work effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.

Technical & Cloud Skills

• Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application integration and monitoring concepts.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills & Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams.
• AWS Connect and/or AWS Cloud certifications are preferred.
