Job summary

Zoci Voci, a fast-growing personalized gifting e-commerce brand, is seeking an Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing Executive to drive growth through optimization of Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns. You will manage campaigns across India and international marketplaces, track key metrics, and collaborate with marketing, design and catalogue teams to improve listings and offers.

• 3-5 years hands-on Amazon Ads experience.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, keyword research and reporting is a strong advantage.
• Freshers can apply if they are passionate about Amazon Ads/performance marketing and eager to learn quickly.
• Certifications, live projects, internship work or campaign case studies will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Work on Amazon India and international marketplace campaigns.
• Track sales, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and keyword performance.
• Find profitable keywords, search terms, ASIN targets and product opportunities.
• Improve campaign structure, bids, budgets and placements to scale profitable sales.
• Coordinate with marketing, design and catalogue teams for better listings, creatives and offers.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly reports and share insights on what is working and what needs improvement.
• Study competitors, customer searches and marketplace trends.
• Use AI tools and Google Sheets/Excel to work faster and make better decisions.
• Support additional performance marketing initiatives when required.

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office | Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-7 PM

Zoci Voci is a fast-growing personalized gifting e-commerce brand. We sell across Amazon and our own online channels, and we are looking for someone who genuinely loves performance marketing, numbers, growth, and improving sales through smart advertising.

This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of Amazon Ads experience - but we are also happy to meet passionate freshers who are hungry to learn and build a career in e-commerce performance marketing.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimise Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
