Intent Farm - Performance Marketing Agency seeks an experienced Amazon Ads Manager to lead the ads strategy across Amazon and Flipkart. You will manage multiple brand accounts, optimize campaigns, analyze data, and communicate results to clients.

The role requires handling 6–8 accounts, reporting on performance, and collaborating with R&D to launch new products on Amazon. Onsite Bengaluru office with ongoing learning opportunities.

Job description

As a Amazon Ads- Manager, you will manage multiple brand accounts across Amazon & Flipkart. This includes full-funnel Amazon Ads strategy, catalogue/content optimisation, data analytics, client communication, and revenue-driving initiatives. You’ll lead performance for –6 accounts and act as the primary client POC.

Key Responsibilties:

• Lead Amazon and Flipkart Marketing Ads.
• Create & Implement ad strategies to increase eCommerce revenue.
• Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Amazon/Flipkart.
• Maintain and monitor key metrics for 6-8 accounts.
• Optimize campaign performance to get better scale while maintaining ACoS.
• In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D teams to understand new products and launch them on Amazon.
• Direct, handle and be able to generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other key metrics.
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
• Be on top of the latest happenings and algorithm changes for the platform and implement the most cutting edge strategies for best-in-class results.

Requirements

• Experienced with Amazon Marketing including organic and paid marketing growth.
• An insatiable desire to win! A clear-minded approach to continuously and rapidly improve your skills so that you are amongst the best in ads management.
• Extreme interest in business results and their linkage to marketing tactics.
• You should be extremely interested in rapidly growing businesses via Digital advertising.
• Experience in interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel).
• Passion for online advertising and a proven track record of delivering
• Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts on Amazon.
