Job summary

Raah-Dika Careers is seeking a Domestic Voice Travel Associate for Amadeus-based bookings in Gurugram sector 32. The role involves handling calls for domestic flight bookings, queries, cancellations, and refunds. You will manage PNRs, process refunds, and issue EMDs, while adhering to airline rules and internal guidelines.

Shift includes rotational days with night shifts; cab facility provided. Candidates should be comfortable with 5-day weeks and office-based work in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amadeus/GDS knowledge with PNR handling.
• Experience with pricing and fare rules.
• Experience with refunds and exchanges processes.
• Knowledge of EMD issuance and related transactions.
• Familiarity with cryptic commands in airline systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls related to domestic flight bookings and travel queries.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
• Handle full and partial ticket exchanges as per airline policies.
• Check fare rules, pricing, availability and applicable charges.
• Create and manage PNRs accurately.
• Process refunds and ticket changes as per process guidelines.
• Handle EMD issuance and related transactions and ticketing transactions.
• Maintain accuracy and follow airline/process guidelines.
• Ensure excellent customer service and meet quality, productivity and compliance targets issues when required.

Salary - Up to 5 LPA CTC

Mode: Work from office
