Job summary

Jobitus in Vadodara seeks an AM STC Maintenance to oversee equipment breakdown monitoring, preventive maintenance review, and daily machine checks. You will coordinate with Production, Technology and Quality to ensure smooth shifts, maintain safety and product quality, and manage spares and manpower scheduling.

You will drive improvement in productivity, safety, quality, energy and cost, uphold EHS standards, and act as a point of contact for safety and environmental matters in the department.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment breakdowns and perform analysis
• Review preventive maintenance activities per plan and checklist with TM
• Review daily machine checklist
• Coordinate with Production/Technology/Quality for smooth shift operations
• Ensure machine handover with safe conditions, not impacting safety, quality or cycle times
• Manage spares and coordinate with EMS for spare parts
• Drive improvements in productivity, safety, quality, energy and cost
• Ensure and monitor manpower scheduling
• Track engineering measures and suggest improvement priorities
• Maintain discipline, safety standards and housekeeping in the department, with communication to concerned parties
• Ensure EH&S aspects in the department and act as the respondent for EH&S matters

Job description

Designation: AM STC Maintenance

• Equipment Breakdown monitoring and Analysis
• Review Preventive maintenance activities as per plan and checklist with TM.
• Review Daily machine checklist.
• Coordination with Production/Technology/Quality departments for smooth functioning during the shift
• Ensuring machine handover with basic condition without impacting on Safety of Man & Machine, Product quality & product cycle time norms.
• Spares management
• Improvement activities, related to Productivity, Safety, Quality, Energy & Cost.
• Ensure and monitor manpower schedule
• Track the engineering measures and suggest improvement priorities.
• He ensures discipline, safety standards, housekeeping being maintained and communicate to concern
• To be responsible for ensuring Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) related aspects in the department / section. Should act as a respondent to all EHS related matters of the department.
