Job summary

Welldone Integrated Services is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate with the project manager on new initiatives and manage document handovers including BOQ, Technical Specs, Sales orders, and client POs. You will study data from the sales team to assess technical feasibility and flag any gaps.

Key duties include scheduling vendor meetings, negotiating with vendors alongside the PM, and preparing LOIs after finalization, while collecting necessary technical datasheets for project

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with PMs on projects and documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to analyse data for technical feasibility.
• Experience with vendor liaison and LOI preparation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PM for new projects and takeover of documents such as BOQ, Technical Specs, Sales order, PO from client.
• Conduct in-depth study of data from sales team for technical feasibility and identify gaps or loopholes.
• Schedule meetings with vendors for technical and commercial feasibility.
• Negotiate with vendors in loop with PM.
• Prepare LOI after finalization.
• Collect and manage technical data sheets from vendors and internal teams.
