ROLE PURPOSE:
To transform brand and business briefs into powerful experiential ideas - developing the strategy, central creative thought, narrative and content that shape Wizcraft Brand Activation experiences from first thought through final on-ground execution. The role combines creative strategy, conceptualisation, copy and content with hands-on show ownership, ensuring that the idea conceived in the pitch is protected and delivered coherently on ground.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creative Strategy & Brief Interpretation: Decode client briefs beyond the stated ask; identify the core business, brand and audience challenge; uncover the creative opportunity; and develop a clear strategic and experiential response.
- Conceptualisation & Big-Idea Development: Create original themes, central creative thoughts, event formats, brand experiences, activations and scalable IPs that are relevant, ownable and executable.
- End-to-End Experience Design: Build the complete experience around the central idea - audience journey, content architecture, engagements, performances, installations, technology, hospitality, talent, cultural interventions and amplification opportunities.
- Pitch & Proposal Development: Develop compelling pitch narratives and presentations for new business and existing clients, working closely with Client Servicing, Design, Production and other specialist teams.
- Concept Writing, Copy & Content: Write and/or supervise themes, positioning lines, concept notes, presentation narratives, show flows, AV treatments, scripts, emcee links, speaker introductions, award citations, reveal moments, experience copy and other event communication.
- Research & Cultural Intelligence: Research brands, categories, audiences, culture, entertainment, technology and relevant Indian/global trends to strengthen strategic thinking and creative originality.
- Audience & Stakeholder Thinking: Design ideas with a clear understanding of different stakeholder groups - consumers, media, employees, CXOs, government, dealers, partners, creators and other relevant audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Servicing, Design, Production, Content, Artist Management, Digital and external partners, providing clear creative direction and ensuring feasibility without diluting the idea.
- Client Interaction & Presentation: Present ideas and creative rationale confidently, participate in client discussions, respond intelligently to feedback and evolve concepts while protecting the central thought.
- Multiple-Project Agility: Manage and contribute to multiple projects across categories and formats - launches, conferences, exhibitions, consumer activations, corporate events, government projects, cultural experiences, premium hospitality and entertainment-led properties.
- AI & Contemporary Creative Tools: Use AI, research platforms and contemporary creative tools responsibly to accelerate research, ideation, visualisation, content development and pitch creation while maintaining originality and editorial judgment.
- Content & Show Development: Develop opening acts, award-show formats, launches, reveals, cultural showcases, films, fireside conversations, entertainment-led storytelling and other content formats appropriate to the brief.
- Show Script Ownership: Own the master show script from development through final execution. Integrate client inputs, speaker content, AV cues, performance transitions, award sequences, announcements and production requirements into one coherent show document, maintaining version control through rehearsals and show day.
- On-Ground Show & Content Execution: Take active creative ownership on site - attend technical and content rehearsals, validate show flow, manage last-minute content changes, coordinate with Show Calling, Production, AV, Artists and Client Servicing, and ensure the approved creative intent translates accurately into the live experience.
- Teleprompter Management: Prepare, format, proof and manage final teleprompter scripts; coordinate cueing and live changes; remain aligned with speakers, presenters and the show caller; and ensure the correct, latest script is running at every point.
- Emcee / Presenter / Speaker Coordination: Brief emcees, presenters, moderators and speakers on tone, pronunciation, transitions, stage movement and content; conduct script walkthroughs and rehearsals; incorporate approved changes; and support them through the live show where required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:
- Experience: Approximately 4-8 years in experiential marketing, brand activation, events, advertising, content, entertainment or a related creative environment; role level to be calibrated to experience and capability.
- Creative Capability: Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to move fluidly from a business brief to a big idea, detailed experience and persuasive presentation.
- Writing & Storytelling: Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, scripting, presentation-writing and narrative-building ability. Comfort with Hindi and/or other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Live Event Understanding: Practical understanding of live show flow, stage content, rehearsals, teleprompter operations, emcee/speaker coordination, AV cues and the pressures of on-ground execution.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate and sell ideas internally and to clients, and to receive and respond constructively to feedback.
- Working Style: Curious, culturally aware, collaborative, detail-oriented and calm under pressure; comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and adapting quickly during live execution.
- Availability: Willingness to work on site, travel when required and support rehearsals / show-day schedules outside standard office hours as dictated by live-event requirements.
