• Monitor and manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects sponsored by business groups — ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Enforce standard methodologies, processes, and tools across all technology initiatives to ensure consistency and quality.
• Provide leadership and direction to project and functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
• Evaluate and rationalize the technology landscape, identifying redundant applications, infrastructure, and tools to optimize cost and efficiency.
