Golden Opportunities is seeking an experienced Training & Development leader to drive L&D initiatives across Aviation / BPO / ITES segments. The role requires post-MBA 6+ years, and 4+ years relevant experience, with a focus on Instructional Designing, content creation, performance management and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will deliver training programs, engage employees, and prepare Talent MIS and progress reports, while supporting COE Head in talent review guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience post MBA / PGDM.
• Experience in Instructional Designing.
• Training and Analysis, Succession Planning
• Delivery and execution of Training Program.
• Employee Engagement experience. Accountabilities Support COE Head in determining Talent Review Guideline.
• Prepare Talent related MIS and Project Management report
• Periodical review and monitor progress of Organization wide Succession Planning program and document.
• Development Identification and Individual development plan.
