Talent Integrators in Delhi/NCR seeks an experienced Project Distribution Sales professional to drive business across electrical products, focusing on project-based engagements with contractors, developers and institutional customers.

The candidate should have 5–12 years in electrical/building materials, strong project sales experience, and established relationships with contractors and dealers for seamless billing through the dealers/distributors network.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of relevant experience in Electrical / Building Material / Infrastructure products.
• Graduate; Electrical / Engineering background preferred.
• Strong experience in Project Sales / Project Distribution / Institutional Sales through Channel.
• Established relationships with electrical contractors, MEP contractors, builders/developers, consultants and dealers/distributors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop project-driven sales across Delhi/NCR for Electrical Products.
• Identify and develop opportunities with Electrical & MEP Contractors / Builders & Developers; Electrical Consultants / Architects.
• Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Ensure project billing is routed through appointed Dealers / Distributors.
• Develop relationships with dealers/distributors handling project supplies.
• Coordinate between customers, contractors, dealers and internal teams for quotation, order booking, dispatch and payment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Distribution Sales professional to drive business across Delhi/NCR for Wires & Cables, Switchgear, Lighting and allied Electrical Products.

This is not a conventional retail sales or pure distributor-management role.

The candidate must be capable of creating project business and getting the resulting orders billed through the company's dealer/distributor network:

The role will focus on developing business with Electrical Contractors, MEP Contractors, Builders, Developers, Consultants and Institutional Customers, with billing routed through the company's Dealers / Distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project-driven sales across Delhi/NCR for Electrical Products.
• Identify and develop opportunities with:
• Electrical & MEP Contractors / Builders & Developers
• Electrical Consultants / Architects
• Industrial & Institutional Customers
• Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Ensure project billing is routed through appointed Dealers / Distributors.
• Develop relationships with dealers/distributors handling project supplies.
• Coordinate between customers, contractors, dealers and internal teams for quotation, order booking, dispatch and payment.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through project distribution.
• Identify upcoming projects through market visits, contractor networks and consultants.
• Monitor competitor pricing, project wins, product positioning and dealer activity.
• Maintain a database of projects, contractors, consultants and channel partners.
• Provide sales forecasts and regular project pipeline updates.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate; Electrical / Engineering background preferred.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in Electrical / Building Material / Infrastructure products.
• Strong experience in Project Sales / Project Distribution / Institutional Sales through Channel.
• Experience in one or more of:
• Wires & Cables
• Switchgear
• MCB / MCCB / DBs
• Electrical Accessories
• Strong understanding of the Delhi/NCR electrical contractor and project market.
• Established relationships with electrical contractors, MEP contractors, builders/developers, consultants and dealers/distributors will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-management and business-development skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular market/project visits across Delhi/NCR.
