Job Description
Position: AM / DM – Strategy & Planning
Location: Gurugram
Reporting To: GM / Head – Strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Support development and execution of short‑term and long‑term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Assist in preparation, tracking, and review of AOP, budgets, and forecasts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key business metrics (sales, cost, profitability, productivity) and highlight gaps with improvement plans.
- MIS & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Cross‑functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams for data collection and alignment.
- Project Management: Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational and cost efficiency and support implementation of best practices.
- Management Presentations: Prepare high‑quality presentations for leadership reviews, board meetings, and business updates.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics; MBA.
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, MIS, or Consulting.
- Industry Preference: Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing.
