Job summary

Krishna Group in Gurgaon invites an experienced Assistant Manager-Sales and Marketing to drive OEM and Tier-1 relationships, explore new automotive business opportunities, and lead RFQs, quotations and commercial negotiations.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in automotive sales, an MBA in Marketing, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP, with the ability to coordinate across production, quality, purchase and finance to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Automobile) preferred.
• MBA in Marketing or relevant Sales/Marketing experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in automotive Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
• Identify new business opportunities in automotive markets.
• Handle RFQs, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Support new project acquisition and business expansion activities.
• Act as the primary contact point for assigned customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and meetings.
• Resolve customer concerns related to pricing, delivery and service.
• Monitor automotive industry trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, PPC, quality, purchase and finance departments.
• Monitor project timelines and customer milestones.
• Prepare cost sheets and sales reports.
• Support annual price negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Update management regarding business status and market development

A. General Requirements:

• Should be proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automobile) preferred.
• MBA in Marketing or having relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.

B. Technical Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in automotive Sales & Marketing
• Must have relevant experience (only from Automotive industry, Preferred MSIL Vendor)
