Job summary

Steel Strips Wheels is seeking an experienced export sales professional to manage key OEM and aftermarket customer accounts for steel and aluminum wheels. You will drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and coordinate new product development to secure new business and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires handling international markets, managing receivables, and coordinating with Engg., Production, and Quality teams to align with customer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• B.Tech./BE in Mechanical/Automobile/Manufacturing/Production Engineering with MBA in Marketing/Business Management/SCM.
• Experience in handling export OEMs and aftermarket accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Manage Receivables from Customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for RFQs, product development, pricing, and program execution.
• Drive new product development activities in line with customer requirements and market trends.
• Monitor customer demand, order status, and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business strategy.
• Ensure effective coordination between customers & internal functions including Engg., Production, Quality etc.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience Range: 5-8 Years
• Essential: B. Tech. (Mechanical / Automobile / Manufacturing / Production Engg.) + MBA in Marketing / Business Management / SCM
• Industry Preference: Automobile / Auto components
• Candidate should have exposure to deal with multi-national OEMs such as Renault, Stellantis, Skoda, VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz etc.
• Candidates with working experience for Europe region will be preferred.
