Swan Corp in Pipavav, Gujarat, is seeking a Project Coordinator at Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level to support and coordinate shipbuilding/ship repair projects from planning through execution. You will manage scheduling, manpower coordination, progress monitoring, cost tracking, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on use of Primavera P6 or MS Project, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Marine/Production Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, EPC, heavy engineering, or offshore projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project activities from initiation till completion and handover.
• Support Project Managers and Repair Managers in day-to-day project execution activities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Track project progress, delays, critical activities, and manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, quality, and subcontract teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS reports.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Analyse manpower distribution, productivity, and idle hours.
• Follow up on material availability, work fronts, and pending activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and execution records.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination among internal stakeholders.
