Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in shipbuilding and ship repair projects.
• Strong knowledge of production management for new builds and repairs.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and IACS shipbuilding standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall production activities related to shipbuilding and ship repair projects.
• Liaise with customers and statutory authorities as required.
• Handle individual new build projects from construction stage till delivery.
• Oversee ship repair projects and ensure timely execution as per schedule.

Job Requirements

• Graduate Engineer or Diploma holder in Shipbuilding Technology.

• Knowledge of documentation control, current ISO standards, relevant IACS, and shipbuilding standards.
