Swan Corp is seeking a General Manager - Ship Construction Site to spearhead end-to-end shipbuilding activities at site in Pipavav, Gujarat. You will lead from keel laying through vessel delivery, ensuring schedule adherence, quality compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires 18+ years in shipbuilding or Marine EPC projects, strong GM-level leadership, and hands-on knowledge of class rules and yard operations.

Formación

• BE/BTech in Naval Architecture, Mechanical, Marine or Production.
• 18+ years in shipbuilding or Marine EPC projects.
• Strong leadership experience at GM level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ship construction from keel laying to vessel delivery.
• Oversee hull fabrication, erection, outfitting, piping, electrical, painting & commissioning.
• Drive execution aligned with class rules and shipyard standards.
• Interface with client, classification societies and consultants.
• Ensure HSE, quality, cost and schedule compliance.
• Lead large multidisciplinary site teams.

Ideal Profile:

• 1) BE/BTech in Naval Architecture / Mechanical / Marine / Production.
