Legrand Nashik Plant seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Excellence Lead to drive process improvements across sheet metal, welding, coating, and assembly. You will lead cross-functional teams, validate processes, and ensure cost-effective production of electrical and digital systems.

The role requires Kaizen implementation, cycle-time studies, FMEA, risk analysis, and ISO QMS/safety compliance, with proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD and CATIA.

Competenze

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal, CNC, welding, powder coating, busbar, and plating processes.
• Proven expertise in setting, controlling, and validating special processes (welding, coating, plating).
• Strong background in Kaizen, cost-saving proposals, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in MOST cycle-time studies, FMEA, capacity and process capability analysis.
• Experience in new product development, process optimization, and layout planning.
• Skilled in ISO QMS, environmental, safety audit handling and documentation.
• Ability to conduct risk analysis, HIRA, and manage MOC.
• Good command of AutoCAD/CATIA, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Perform risk analysis, HIRA, and manage changeover (MOC) activities.
• Prepare and lead ISO quality, environment, and safety audits and maintain documentation.
• Provide technical support using AutoCAD/CATIA and generate presentations and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure crossfunctional communication and continuous improvement.

Key Focus
