Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in insurance-related roles.
• Strong understanding of Property, Marine, Liability, and engineering products.
• Ability to assist clients in decision-making for insurance selection.

Responsibilities

• Procure competitive terms from insurers.
• Negotiate terms and coverage with insurers.
• Assist clients in decision-making and claims settlement.
• Maintaining TATs for policy issuance and endorsements
• Assisting claims team with data, reports and documentation from client
• Detailed knowledge of Property, Marine, Liability, and engineering products to guide client with right information and coverage
• Monitoring renewal of policies on a monthly basis and quoting renewal business after studying portfolio performance
• Vetting policy copies, endorsements and other documents before sending them to clients
• Reviewing terms & conditions of the policy and ensuring appropriate endorsements for any deviations not captured
• Maintaining TAT of claims process which includes timely reporting to insurers, deputing the surveyor, facilitating clients to prepare necessary documents and timely submission to surveyor
