RM Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd in Jaipur seeks a Senior Non-Motor Underwriter with 10+ years in underwriting non-motor lines such as property, liability, or marine. The role emphasizes risk assessment, pricing, and policy terms.

You will lead a team of junior underwriters, mentor staff, support sales and client queries, and coordinate with claims to align underwriting with claims trends. A PG/UG in Insurance or Finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in non-motor underwriting, focusing on property, liability, or marine lines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Certifications such as Associate/Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite non-motor risks (property, liability, marine) per guidelines and market trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior underwriters and train staff on processes.
• Support sales teams, respond to complex client queries, and optimize pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with claims to ensure underwriting aligns with claims practices and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements
