Job summary

A legal counsel is sought to support legal matters for a renewable energy developer operating across India. Experience in solar or wind projects and handling corporate/commercial law is preferred.

UG: LLB and PG: LLM are required. Candidates from law firms with the stated industry experience are welcome to apply. This role is based in Mumbai and involves working on project finance, contracting, compliance and regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• UG: LLB - Bachelor of Laws in Any Specialization.
• PG: LLM in Any Specialization.
